Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Docs Readiness Audit. If something goes wrong, here's how we handle refunds.
Report not delivered
If your audit report is not delivered within 24 hours of payment, you are entitled to a full refund. Email hi@obaron.ai with your order details and we'll process the refund within 3 business days.
Technical failures
If our scanner cannot access your site (e.g., the site is behind authentication, returns errors, or blocks our crawler) and we cannot generate a meaningful report, you are entitled to a full refund.
Satisfaction
If you receive your report but believe the results are significantly inaccurate or the report doesn't match the service description, contact us within 30 days. We'll either re-run the audit or issue a full refund at our discretion.
What's not covered
- Disagreement with your score — our scoring methodology is documented and consistent
- Changes to your site after the scan — the report reflects your site at the time of scanning
- Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
- Each purchase covers one audit for one domain — re-scanning the same domain requires a new purchase
How to request a refund
Email hi@obaron.ai with:
- The domain that was scanned
- The email address used for the purchase
- A brief description of the issue
Refund requests must come from the email address used at checkout. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing typically takes 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
