These terms govern your use of Obaron (obaron.ai) and its services, including the free Lightning Scan and the paid Docs Readiness Audit. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Service description

Obaron provides automated AI Readiness audits. We scan publicly available pages on your website and generate a report scoring how well AI engines can read, cite, and act on your content. Our services include:

  • Free Lightning Scan — a quick homepage-only analysis with an AI Readiness Score
  • Docs Readiness Audit — a comprehensive multi-page analysis with a detailed web report, prioritized issues, and remediation guidance

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools to submit bulk scans or abuse our rate limits
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or exploit our scanning infrastructure
  • Use the service in a way that places disproportionate repeated load on a target site
  • Use the service for any purpose that violates applicable law
  • Redistribute or resell audit reports without permission

Paid audits

Paid audits are one-time purchases. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. After payment, your audit is processed automatically and delivered to the email address provided during checkout.

Delivery time is typically under 30 minutes. If your report is not delivered within 24 hours, contact hi@obaron.ai for assistance.

Report accuracy

Our scans provide an automated assessment of your website's AI readiness based on publicly available signals (HTML, metadata, robots.txt, structured data, etc.). Results are informational and not a guarantee of how any specific AI system will interact with your site.

Scores may vary between scans as your site content changes or as we improve our scoring methodology. We version our scoring system and note the version in each report.

Intellectual property

You retain all rights to your website content. We retain rights to our scanning methodology, scoring algorithms, and report templates. Your audit report is licensed to you for your internal business use.

Limitation of liability

Obaron is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of our service, including but not limited to: lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to a paid audit is limited to the amount you paid for that audit.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services evolve. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted with an updated date at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.
